| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the occupating floor space while enable automatic translocation without need of manpower by three dimensionally transferring parts boxes piled up in more than one layer by means of a first and a second transferring mechanism and a first and a second lifting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:More than one parts box 14 which contains a number of parts in an arranged condition is placed on a placing board 12 in a piled-up condition, while the group of parts boxes on the placing boards 12 is transferred in a horizontal direction by means of a first transferring mechanism 13. A first holding mechanism 17 which takes up and holds the topmost parts box on a lifting board 16, is provided while a chuck mechanism 19 which chucks each time a proper number of parts 18 in the parts box, is also provided on the upper part of a first lifting mechanism 15 having a lifting board 16 on which a group of the parts boxes are placed. Further, a second transferring mechanism 20 which transfers an emptied parts box in a horizontal direction, a second lifting mechanism 21 having a lifting board 22 on which an empty parts box is placed, and a second holding mechanism 23 which takes up and holds the empty parts box on the lifting board 22, are provided. | ||||||
