摘要	PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency by positioning the pallet where parts to be inspected are piled up at a part supply section, holding only good parts after inspection, and piling them up onto the pallet positioned at a part taking-out position in a substantially similar posture to the parts to be inspected. CONSTITUTION: Part accommodation cases 3 are transferred into a pallet 7 on a palletizer 5b from the top stage of a depalletizer 5A through a belt conveyer 4 and an inspection device 22 in order, whereas if inferior parts are mixed in the parts placed in the case 3, the case 3 is discharged to the outside. When all the cases 3 on the pallet on a depalletizer 5a are taken out and is kept empty, the pallet 7 is moved onto a pallet transfer device 24 temporarily, and then the pallet 7 where the part accommodation cases 3 for parts to be inspected are piled up is positioned on a depalletizer 5a side to carry out inspection work again.
