| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for packing stacked plate pieces transported on a conveyer in a pallet or in a case such as a wooden box in a substantially vertical posture, which can conduct a course of operations assuredly, safely and quickly. CONSTITUTION:In case of loading a pallet 68 (or a case 69) with stacked plate pieces 8, the plate pieces 8 are first transported by a conveyer 6 until they are brought into contact with a stopper 16, and then a support table 12 is turned by a cylinder 14 in such a manner that the plate pieces 8 have a substantially vertical posture. After a positioning plate 59 is turned upward by a cylinder, the positioning plate 59 is retreated to be brought into contact with the front of the plate piece by the cylinder 63. Subsequently, a fork 17 is raised by a cylinder 35 so that the plate pieces 8 are transferred onto the fork 17, the back thereof being supported by a back-up rod 44 moved by a cylinder 48. After that, the positioning plate 59 is retreated, and the fork 17 is advanced and lowered so that the plate pieces 8 are transferred onto the pallet 68. | ||||||
