摘要	PURPOSE:To prevent the springing-out and the change of posture of a tape due to the shock at the start of feed or at a stop by holding a carrier tape in standstill state and then opening the accommodating recessed part for electronic parts by retreating a cover and then taking-out a part from the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A carrier tape 20 advances with a cover 86 by one pitch of an accommodating recessed part 16 into the tape feeding direction A, and the accommodating recessed part 16 at the most front part among the accommodating recessed parts which hold tips 24 is positioned directly under an adsorbing tool 116. When the carrier tape 20 advances, the tip 24 sometimes floats-up in the accommodating recessed part 16 by the vibration accompanied by the transfer of a slider and a feeding member 28 or the shock on the start of transfer and on stop, but the tip 24 does not spring-out or turn-over, since the opened port of the accommodating recessed part 16 is covered by the cover 86. Then, in the state where the carrier tape 20 is positioned, the cover 86 retreats to a retreat position with a feeding member 28 held at a separation position by the pressing action of a cam apparatus for a return lever, and electronic parts can be taken-out.
