| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To automatically transport hard cloth and to correspond to the change between processes by providing a couple of driving and intermediate pulleys and a couple of driven and intermediate pulleys at both shaft receiving plates and a couple of endless belts on a group of front/rear pull between receiving plates and so connecting the receiving plates as to be free in expansion. CONSTITUTION: When a main switch 64 is turned on, both endless belts 59, 60 are operated at the same time and even if sewn cloth 62' hard and long in longitudinal direction such as sheet and artificial leather is so installed as to straddle both belts 59, 60, both the belts 59, 60 are transported at the same speed through a timing belt 24 and discrepancy and falling off resulting from the difference in speed are not caused during transportation. And when the sewn cloth 62' contacts with a sensitive plate 61 and rotates for displacement, the belts 59, 60 are stopped by turning off a microswitch 63. Next when the whole length of the device is shorter than the distance between processes, the opposing interval between right and left crosspieces is expanded and right and left intermediate pulley tables 43, 44 are also expanded by the tension of both belts and then adjustment threads 41, 42, 45, 46 are fastened after checking the tensions of both belts so as to stable the device.
