| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To enable the indication of various notifying informations without securing additional spaces on a display board by varying the display color of a liquid crystal display element according to a signal for indicating a specified condition of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:It is so arranged that lights from two lamps 18 and 19 are introduced into a display surface of a light crystal display element 11 of a gear position display meter 6 high in the frequency of use entirely in almost the even intensity of illumination. When various notifying signals for indicating that the running speed reaches the limit level or that the timing of replenishing oil is reached are inputted into an OR circuit 22 of a driving circuit 21 in the lamps 18 and 19, a transistor Q2 turns ON to light a red lamp 19. The liquid crystal element 11 normally indicates the gear position by a white lighting or when the notifying signal is inputted, it indicates that any warning condition takes place by switching over to a red light. At the same time, the notifying signal is inputted into a display control circuit 20 to display the contents of notification by characters, symbols or the like. | ||||||
