| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently and inexpensively the titled molding of the specified shape by a method wherein vinyl chloride polymer containing foaming agent is molded continuously and cut and the blank material pieces are heated by high frequency current, expanded and molded. CONSTITUTION:Additives such as plasticizer, stabilizer, coloring agent, filler, etc. are compounded with raw resin consisting of vinyl chloride or its polymer or its polymer blend or blended with the blender 20 instead of compounding. Then, this mixture is introduced into an extrusion molding machine 23 or a calender roll to mold continuously blank molding M in the form of a long rod or plate. The blank molding M in the form of a long rod or plate that is molded continuously is cut by a cutter 24 into blank material pieces P. The blank pieces P obtained are installed in the cavity 26 of the force 25 provided with a high frequency electrode and heated by applying high frequency voltage.
