| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the micro-feed of a movable plate, by disposing a wedge member movable in a direction in which an inclined surface extends, between a base plate and the movable plate, and by providing a drive means for moving the wedge member. CONSTITUTION:A control knob 16 is manipulated for rotation in accordance with an indication on a scale 18 to rotate an adjusting shaft 13 clockwise or counterclockwise so that a wedge member 12 is moved back and forth in accordance with the pitches of a thread section 15. Further, due to the wedge action of the wedge member 12, a movable plate 5 is slightly moved to and away from a base plate 1. Accordingly, with the use of this device, no detrimental effect such as a backlash of a gear is effected, and therefore, the movable plate 5 carrying a tool or a workpiece may be precisely and slightly moved. In this condition, a band-like cover member 19 made of flexible materials is attached on the outer peripheries of the base plate 1 and the movable plate 5 by means of retainer plates 20 and screws 21 in order to prevent water from entering. | ||||||
