摘要	PURPOSE:To obtain a square chain frame whose section and thickness are uniform, by drawing a stainless steel cylindrical pipe loaded with Al granules, to an elliptical rod, also drawing it to a square rod whose section is square, and thereafter, melting the Al granules in a square part piece cut to a fixed type frame. CONSTITUTION:An elliptical rod 4 is formed by drawing a round rod 3 formed by packing Al granules 2 in a hollow part 1 of a stainless steel cylindrical pipe 7. Subsequently, a aquare rod 5 whose pipe 7 part has fixed length and whose section is rectangular is formed by drawing the rod 4, the thereafter, it is cut to rectangular or polygonal square part pieces 6'. Subsequently, this part piece 6' is immersed in an NaOH liquid, the Al granules 2' are melted and removed, and a square frame 6 having an inside hollow part 12 is obtained. Thickness of this square frame 6 is fixed, therefore, the combination is smooth, and especially, an inserting process of a connecting pin 13 of a thick diameter is also easy. Also, each joining part of the square frame 6 contacts closely to each other, no unevenness is generated, the accuracy is high and it is strong, and a metallic chain 10 whose appearance and style are good is obtained.
