| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide a means to cut steel fibers of the desired size accurately and continuously for use in the cement structure by blade matching through pre-cutting of a lower blade with a spiral blade. CONSTITUTION: The upper corner of a block shaped lower blade 3 of mild iron is pre-cut blade matched with an upper blade 1a of a spiral reamer. A cold rolled thin steel strip 6 is fed between the upper blade 1a and the lower blade 3 at predetermined speed and is continuously cut by the spiral reamer 1 while twisting said steel strip into a thin string form to obtain steel fibers to about 0.2W0.5mm square and 15W25mm length.
