| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide a titled equipment which bends surely semiprocessed spring products and prevents production of defective products in hooking of the semiprocessed spring products by determining the set products in the rotating direction by a rotating mechanism and hooking the products by a bending and raising mechanism. CONSTITUTION: The semiprocessed spring products 1, 25 turned and set in a hooking part 10 by the grasping pieces 78 of a semiprocessed products holder 20 of an oscillating arm 17 are determined in the bending direction by the rotation of a position controlling means 48 which is turned and lowered and a suspending projection 49. A hook 4 is bent at the right angle by the hold-down of the approaching and bending part provided to the tool 67 in the part 10 and the approach and spring-up of a hooking tool 70. The bent spring 25 falls into a chute 14 when the pieces 78 are opened.
