| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a metal ring for forming a girder net being hardly sinkable in sand by forming a circular section metal ring into a flat-shaped section metal ring in which a flat face is formed on both the top and bottom faces by press working in the top to bottom direction. CONSTITUTION:A metal coil with a prescribed diameter is formed by use of a circular section metal bar and a part of the coil is cut and both cur free ends of a C-shaped ring are butt welded. After annealing a weld zone 2, the ring is pressed in the top to bottom direction to form a flat-shaped section metal ring 1 having a flat face 1' formed on both the top and bottom faces of the ring 1 and the ring 1 is quenched and tempered. A trawl net stretching a girder net in which the metal rings 1 are connected and fixed to each other is easy to be trawled because the girder net are hardly sinkable in sand and have a small resistance against dragging. | ||||||
