BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

&null;0002&null; The invention is equipment used to play a sports game. The game is entitled Dictionary Dazzle nicknamed Dazzle. The field of endeavor to which Dazzle pertains are the contact and semi-contact sporting arenas. Sporting events have evolved along with man's evolutionary process and helped to play a vital part in the developing, as well as the maintaining of newly acquired physical and social knowledge. Although sporting events no longer flourish with the use of weapons, athletics still apply themselves daily, to be the best through mastery of the games and by breaking records.

&null;0003&null; Today the more popular sporting events named baseball, hockey, basketball, football, rugby and soccer are found in the contact and semi-contact field of sports. In each of the areas their focal piece of equipment used for playing the sport is usually called a ball. Dazzle a contact or semi-contact sporting game does not utilize a traditional inflatable, hard core or semi hard core type ball that's found in the aforementioned events. Dazzle's novelty is in the fact of it being a new sport and as a new sport uniquely has equipment, that is different from the equipment belonging to all the other contact or semi-contact sports.

&null;0004&null; In modern day sports, Dazzle can best be compared to football and like football, Dazzle is played on a outdoor field through a series of downs. But unlike football, scores in Dazzle are made through a process of A>B>C and C finishes the score. The objective of the game centers around its equipment called the mound or portable form. It is this aparatus that is used in the contest of Dazzle and produces movement that ignites the action as if it were a ball. In the game of football the action takes place when an attempt is made to move the ball towards the opponents end zone; in soccer the action takes place when an attempt is made to move the ball towards an opponents goal and in basketball, the action takes place when an attempt is made to move the ball to being shot through an opponents net. Repeatedly the objective defining action has had its finality in some type of a ball. If a football, the translocation of it to crossing a goal line to produce a score has defined the action; if a basketball, the translocation of it to passing through a hoop and producing a score; if soccer, the translocation of its ball into a goal for a score. Each of these contact and semi-contact games in the of background Dazzle's portable form, have their objectives nestled in the translocation of a ball, once arrived at a location, to then result in a score.

&null;0005&null; Generally the games are played outdoors, except for basketball and hockey and hockey uses a puck instead of ball. But the objective of which they are all played can be defined using the principle of a ball: i.e. the translocation of an object for the objective that is founded in the production of scores. The tenet of Dazzle is different. First, in focal equipment translocation and Second, in scoring. Otherwise the traditional teachings which have given grace to athletic competition are very much still fundamental. In short, the portable form is a fresh idea in an old world of contact and semi-contact athletic competition which has its objective in wrist snaps.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

&null;0006&null; The invention is specially designed equipment called mound nicknamed a portable form that uses a device on it called the horizontal, which all the rest of the portable form is specifically designed to ensure safe movement of that horizontal, in an athletic contest entitled, Dictionary Dazzle. The portable form measures approximately fifty-four and three-quarter inches (54&null;&null;) by thirty six inches (36&null;) at its longest width point and is eight sided. Atop the invention is the horizontal connected via of a bore on an axis rising through a flat surface. The horizontal rest upon a steel washer and has a cap covering the fastener and washer. This surface gives the portable form its eight sided dimensions and measures approximately twenty one and one half inches (21&null;&null;) by twenty four inches (24&null;) and is approximately eight inches (8&null;) in depth. Within the surface are mount where below a steel cylinder to its center. The surfaces upon a four sided cushion with a square hole through its center. The cushion measures eighteen inches (18&null;) by twenty-one inches (21&null;) overall and is approximately forty-seven inches (47&null;) tall with an opening in the center that measures five inches (5&null;) by five and one-half inches (5&null;&null;). This four sided cushion slides over a four inch (4&null;) welded steel pipe which anchors to two (2) chains in the earth through a welded plate. The chains remain in place by concrete poured about them in the earth on one (1) end while the other end is attached through the plate.

&null;0007&null; A eight (8) sided outer cushion fits over the inner cushion and surface piece. The outer cushion measures approximately thirty six inches (36&null;) by thirty four inches (34&null;) in diameter at it longest points and is approximately five inches (5&null;) in diameter. Finally over the entire surface there is a cover that fits and drapes down the side of the outer cushion approximately eight inches (8&null;). Another transparent cover fits down over the first surface cover and drapes to the ground. Together these parts comprise the portable form, a device athletics through a set of established rules follow as they block, bump, toss and push against one another, in an attempt to make their way up to the horizontal and move the device.

&null;0008&null; The Dazzle Bar completes the equipment needed for Dazzle. It measures approximately twenty-eight (28&null;) and one-forth (&null;&null;) inches overall. There is a rod measuring approximately seventeen inches (17&null;) containing eyelets holes through the rod at approximately one and three-quarter inches (1&null;&null;) down the shaft and is approximately one inch (1&null;) in diameter. The rod is centered perpendicular to a slightly larger bar measures approximately eight and three-quarter inches (8&null;&null;) in length. Both ends of this bar have ninety degree (90&null;) turns that extend in a direction opposite from the eyelet rod approximately ten inches (10&null;). These extensions end in caps. Approximately three and one-half inches (3&null;&null;) up the extensions is a cross bar. It is this crossbar players use when grasping the Dazzle Bar to make quick snapping motions using their Wrist.

Its embodiments detail a securing mechanism, protective gear and the horizontal, which all together make a portable form. Shown in FIG. 1 is the securing mechanism. It consist of a removable plate&null;Labeled &null;4, held to a cylinder Labeled &null;7, via a bolt Labeled &null;3 through a bore in the cylinder by attachment(s) Labeled &null;2 on the plate. The securing mechanism is made immobile by protrusions traversing the passageways Labeled &null;1 by any suitable cross member, i.e. a chain with a bolt and nut or a chain and a lock.

&null;0015&null; FIG. 2, shows part of the protective gear system. It is the protective inner core it has a passageway Labeled &null;9 through its center. That passageway allows this item to rest over the securing mechanism cylinder Labeled &null;7. To the top of one side is a bore. The bore allows a fastener Labeled &null;6 to secure the protective inner core to the securing mechanism cylinder Labeled &null;7 via the (threads) nut Labeled &null;5 on this cylinder. Over the inner core is a protective jacket Labeled &null;10 that can be made from cloth or vinyl. It covers the protective inner core Labeled &null;8, a composition of form or other cushiony substances.

&null;0016&null; Atop the protective inner core rest the component assembly which is shown in FIG. 3 which is Item &null;20. It is part of the protective gear system. The component assembly fastens to the securing mechanism cylinder Labeled &null;7 through a bore Labeled &null;13 on the basing anchor Labeled &null;12 of the perspective FIG. 3. The component assembly is overlapping layers of cushiony material shown by Labeled &null;16. Each plier has a disc of cloth inserted neoprene rubber, shown in FIG. 3 Labeled as &null;18 fastened to the layer. Here the basing anchor's secured under the component assembly via fasteners extending through eyelets Labeled as &null;19 made in the plyers to the eyelets Labeled as &null;14 on the basing anchor via fasteners. Covering the outer surface of the component assembly is cloth inserted neoprene rubber that's Labeled &null;20 in FIG. 3. Around the inner core is the outer protective core. It is Labeled &null;20 FIG. 3 and is also part of the protective gear system that makes up a portable form. The protective outer core fits over the component assembly Labeled &null;20 and the protective inner core Labeled &null;10 and it extends down to the removable plate Labeled as &null;4 in FIG. 1.
