| 摘要 | A leg portion training device has a base fixed at a fixed position, a supporting portion for supporting part of user’s body, and a joining mechanism provided between the base and the supporting portion. The joining mechanism movably joins the supporting portion to the base such that loads, caused by user’s own weight, acting on leg portions varies according to relative displacement between user’s feet and gravity center. Further, the joining mechanism limits the direction where the supporting portion can move such that, at least when loads on leg portions increases, the direction of relative displacement between the positions of the feet and gravity center is limited in a substantially bending/stretching direction of knee joints. The leg portion training device can efficiently provide a user with exercise that applies less loads on knee joints. | ||||||
