| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To detect the overload of a motor and stop the motor by a method wherein a pair of springs holds a worm at a prescribed position by pressing it and a protector, which operates when the springs and the worm slide a prescribed distance to the axial direction and stops the motor, is provided. CONSTITUTION:When some abnormality happens at the tap-changer side and an output shaft 11 can not rotate, the torque of a motor 2 is transmitted to a gear box 9 through the 1st bevel gear 5, the 2nd bevel gears 6A, 6B and fixed shafts 10A, 10B and tends to rotate a worm wheel 12. A worm 14 is driven to the left or to the right by this rotating force against the pressure of coil springs. When the worm 14 moves a prescribed length, it touches an actuator pin and bends a spring board 20A or a spring board 20B. With this operation, a limit switch B operates to open a source circuit of the motor 2 and stops the motor to avoid the overload condition. | ||||||
