PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of the residual distortion of a piezoelectric element and the distortion due to the temperature change of the material of each member and perform the stable operation of a permanent magnet with a simple structure by utilizing the shock force generated at the time of the size displacement of a piezoelectric element and the suction force of the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:When an electric signal is applied across electrodes of the first piezoelectric ceramic element 13a, the size displacement instantly occurs on the first piezoelectric ceramic element 13a. The shock force by this displacement is transmitted to a moving member 7, one end of the moving member 7 is separated from one pole 5a of a permanent magnet 5 and moved to the range where the magnetism of the other pole 5b of the permanent magnet 5 is sufficiently applied while being held by a plate spring 8. When suction force by the magnetism of the other pole 5b of the permanent magnet 5 exceeds the shock force, the moving member 7 maintains a stable balanced state by the spring force of the plate spring 8 and the magnetism of the permanent magnet 5, and contacts 3, 3 of connectors 2, 2 sucked and held by the other pole 5b of the permanent magnet 5 via the fixed gap 6 are connected together. The highly reliable operation can be thereby performed. |
