Excellent effect of removing oligomers and dust particles will be achieved through adding degreasers of specific formula, in a clean environment, at a specific temperature, whereby a wiping cloth product with stable quality, i.e., real superclean wiping cloth, will be obtained. The rising process is simple and highly efficient, it ensures the stability of product quality and high cleanliness, producing a superclean wiping cloth with high cleanliness and stable quality, using a simple and efficient production process. | ||||||
