| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To produce a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having an excellent magnetic characteristic and glass film characteristic by coating a separating agent for annealing consisting essentially of MgO and contg. specific chloride or further Ti compd. in the stage of finish annealing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet after cold rolling. CONSTITUTION: An electrical steel sheet contg. 0.030W0.100% C, 2.5W4.0% Si, and sulfide or nitride such as AlN, MnS, MnSe, BN, etc. as an agent for suppressing primary recrystal grains is hot-rolled to a sheet material. After the sheet is annealed, the sheet is subjected to one pass or ≥2 passes of cold rolling including intermediate annealing then to decarburization annealing to form an oxide film contg. SiO 2 on the surface of the steel sheet. A separating agent for annealing contg. 100pts.wt. MgO, 0.05W2.0pts.wt. Sb 2 (SO 4 ) 3 contg. 5W20wt% 1 or ≥2 kinds among chloride of Sb, Sr, Ti and Zr in the form of Cl or further added with 0.5W10pts.wt.
