摘要 PURPOSE: To produce a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having an excellent magnetic characteristic and glass film characteristic by coating a separating agent for annealing consisting essentially of MgO and contg. specific chloride or further Ti compd. in the stage of finish annealing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet after cold rolling.
CONSTITUTION: An electrical steel sheet contg. 0.030W0.100% C, 2.5W4.0% Si, and sulfide or nitride such as AlN, MnS, MnSe, BN, etc. as an agent for suppressing primary recrystal grains is hot-rolled to a sheet material. After the sheet is annealed, the sheet is subjected to one pass or ≥2 passes of cold rolling including intermediate annealing then to decarburization annealing to form an oxide film contg. SiO
2 on the surface of the steel sheet. A separating agent for annealing contg. 100pts.wt. MgO, 0.05W2.0pts.wt. Sb
2 (SO
4 )
3 contg. 5W20wt% 1 or ≥2 kinds among chloride of Sb, Sr, Ti and Zr in the form of Cl or further added with 0.5W10pts.wt. Ti compd. is coated thereon and the steel sheet is subjected to finish annealing.
