| 摘要 | NEW MATERIAL:Perumycin A of the formula (Dab is 2,4-diaminobutyric acid). USE: Antibiotic having strong activity against a wide range of microorgamisms, as gram-positive and negative bacteria and fungi. PREPARATION: Bacillus circulanse AJ 3902 (FERM-P 3097) is incubated in enricned medium usually under shaking or stirring by aeration and combined with extraction with organic solvents, thus isolating perumycin A from the medium.
