Both of them are associated with a gear shift operation tool as turn with inclinations on those individual axes, and the speed of the straight-running gear shift device is changed by the inclined turn of the gear shift controller, and the speed of the turning gear shift device is changed by the turn of the turning controller by the turning input shaft 72. A turn output shaft 164 and an intermediate shaft 155 are turnably supported by the shafts in the housing box 120 to substantially position both axes on the same plane.
