본 발명은 대형 상자용 자동 세척기 및 자동 세척기의 세척방법에 관한 것으로써, 그 목적으로는 세척부(14)에서 상자(2) 내부로 분사되는 세정액이 잔류하지 않고 곧바로 자연 탈액 되도록 하기 위해, 상자(2)를 회전부(12)에서 일측 방향으로 90°회전시켜 세척부(14)로 공급하게 하는 구조를 실현함으로써, 세척기(4)의 세척기능이 획기적으로 향상 되도록 하는 데에 있다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 이송컨베이어(6) 및 분배기(8)를 통하여 상자(2)를 하나씩 공급하는 공급부(10); 상기 공급부(10)의 출구측에 설치되어 상자(2)를 세정액으로 세척하는 세척부(14); 상기 세척부(14)의 출구측에 설치되어 상자(2) 표면에 잔류한 세정액을 고압공기로 탈액시키는 탈액부(16); 상기 탈액부(16)의 출구측에 설치되어 고압공기로 상자(2)를 건조하는 건조부(18); 상기 공급부(10), 세척부(14), 탈액부(16), 건조부(18)에 연결되어 작동명령을 전달하는 제어부(20);로 된 대형 상자용 자동 세척기에 있어서, 상기 공급부(10)로부터 이송된 상자(2)를 일측 방향으로 90°정회전시켜서 세척부(14)로 이송시키는 회전부(12)가 공급부(10)와 세척부(14) 사이에 설치되고, 상기 회전부(12)는 제어부(20)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
