| PURPOSE: A chute device is provided to prevent the damage of an equipment, the environmental pollution and to improve the operating efficiency of the equipment by preventing the skew of a belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: An upper chute portion is installed to pass a material fallen from a discharging portion of an upper belt conveyor(10). A damper(13) is installed in the upper chute portion. A folding portion comprises a circular chute(27), plural square plates(17) and an elastic member(19). The circular chute is located under the upper chute portion to pass the material through the upper chute portion. The square plates form the discharging portion by continuously overlapping in a fixing ring(18) to be formed through the circular chute. The elastic member is fixed under the square plates. A lower chute portion is installed between the folding portion and a lower belt conveyor(10-1) and has a groove to insert the lower parts of the square plates. The diameter of the discharging portion is extended when the fallen materials from the upper belt conveyor is large. Otherwise, the diameter of the discharging portion is shrunken by the elastic member. Thereby, the skew of the lower belt conveyor is prevented. | ||||||
