CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an air cylinder(1) rotationally installed on an upper part of a transfer chute(100) for temporarily storing pulverized coal supplied to blast furnace and operated when supply of the pulverized coal to the transfer chute is stopped; an accumulated coal removing plate(4) which is connected to piston(2) of the air cylinder to remove the pulverized coal accumulated on the transfer chute according to operation of the air cylinder, and on which a plurality of steam jets are formed; a means for closely adhering the accumulated coal removing plate to the transfer chute when the piston of the air cylinder is moved forward; a means for controlling operation of the piston of the air cylinder; and a steam supply means for supplying steam to the steam jets when the piston of the air cylinder is moved forward, wherein a steam preheating plate(7) is installed at a lower part of a part of the transfer chute on which the pulverized coal is accumulated, wherein the means for closely adhering the accumulated coal removing plate to the transfer chute comprises coil spring(3) and compression spring(10), wherein the means for controlling operation of the piston of the air cylinder comprises a pair of sensors(9a,9b), direction converting solenoid valve(11) and timer(6), and wherein the steam supply means comprises a steam supply valve(13) for opening and closing a steam supply hose(12) connected to the steam jets. | ||||||
