이를 위하여 본 발명은 염전바닥에 수집된 소금을 내측으로 모을 수 있도록 전방이 개방되고 후방이 밀폐되며 이동 가능하게 바퀴가 장착된 수거 프레임부와, 수거 프레임부의 일측단으로부터 외측으로 상향 경사지게 설치된 적재 프레임부와, 적재 프레임부와 수거 프레임부 간에 벨트차를 매개로 하여 연속되게 설치되고 동력을 전달받아 회전하는 순환 벨트부와, 순환 벨트부에 일정 간격으로 배치되어 수거 프레임부 내측에 모인 소금을 긁어 이송하기 위한 긁개판 및, 소금을 적재 프레임부를 따라 상방향으로 밀어올려 낙하시킬 수 있도록 적재 프레임부의 하부를 감싸 긁개판을 안내하기 위한 이송 덕트가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 상기의 긁개판은 소금을 긁어 이송할 때 바닥과의 밀착력을 높일 수 있도록 하단부에 고무판재가 덧대어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 그리고 상기의 적재 프레임부는 상단에 모터가 설치된 장착대가 마련되고, 적재 프레임부 상단의 벨트차와 모터가 동력 전달부재에 의해 연결되어 순환 벨트부가 회전하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
