A conveyor module includes a module body with a pair of first link ends extending in a first direction of travel and a second link end extending in a second direction of travel opposite the first direction. Each of the first and link ends has a transverse opening therethrough. At least one of the first link ends has a first mating portion. A pin is configured to be received in the first transverse openings of the module body. The pin has a shaft and a lever affixed at a first end of the shaft. The lever has a second mating portion configured to be rotatably coupled with the first mating portion of the module body, thereby preventing transverse movement of the shaft. |

A conveyor belt includes a first link having a first protrusion with a first mating surface that is curved. The first protrusion is disposed proximate a first rod receiving aperture of the first link. The belt also includes a second link having a second protrusion with a second mating surface that is curved. The second protrusion is disposed proximate a second rod receiving aperture of the second link. The first mating surface receives and abuts the second mating surface. The second link is restrained against movement in less than three orthogonal directions relative to the first link due to abutment of the first and second mating surfaces. The first and second rod receiving apertures are aligned when the first and second mating surfaces abut. Additionally, the belt includes a connecting rod extending through the first and second rod receiving apertures. |

The present disclosure is directed to a pitch for a modular conveyor belt. In some embodiments, the pitch may include a link having a first leg, including an opening formed in the first leg. The opening may be defined by a first edge, a second edge opposite the first edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge opposite the first side edge. In addition, the pitch may include a projection associated with the first edge. In a first position, the projection may extend substantially perpendicularly away from the first edge towards the second edge so that a free end of the projection is positioned proximate the second edge. Also, the projection may be configured to deflect to a second position, in which the free end of the projection is deflected within the opening towards one of the first side edge and the second side edge. |

Disclosed is a multi-link conveyor that includes nestable end protector links that capture and retain link pins. The end protector link includes a first link segment having an outer wall, a non-circular bore having a cross-section larger than a cross-section of one of the pins, a circular counterbore connected to the non-circular bore and having a diameter larger than the head of one of the pins, and a circular countersink connected to the counterbore and having a first diameter that equals the diameter of the counterbore and a second diameter, flush with the outer wall, having a diameter larger than the first diameter. The end protector link includes a second link segment, adapted to nest with the first link segment of another end protector link, having an outer wall in a second vertical plane and a flush non-circular bore extending perpendicularly through the outer wall. |
