PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a protruded portion formed on an endless belt from riding on support rollers to support the endless belt without adverse effect on the traveling of the endless belt in the endless belt supported by a plurality of support rollers in a traveling manner and a device to use the endless belt.
SOLUTION: A surface on the side in contact with both end faces of at least a drive roller 65 is orthogonal to an inner circumferential surface 67A of an endless belt 67 at a protruded portion 67B formed on the endless belt, and the width cut at the plane orthogonal to the traveling direction of the endless belt 67 is reduced step by step as being separated from the surface in contact with the inner circumferential surface 67A of the endless belt 67. Thus, the protruded portion 67B is easily deformed, and a large force generated instantaneously between the protruded portion 67B and both end faces of the drive roller 65 can be absorbed by the deformation of the protruded portion 67B. Therefore, the protruded portion 67B of the endless belt 67 can be prevented from riding on the drive roller 65.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |

PURPOSE: To easily change the mounting positions of a side rail provided at the upper part and conveyor parts mounted to the side part in response to change of conveying length by providing T-shaped grooves lengthwise on both side parts and the upper part of a conveyor rail for guiding the undersurface and outside end part of a rotating belt.
CONSTITUTION: The undersurface and outside end of a belt 22 on which both ends of a work W are placed and conveyed, are guided by a conveyor rail 17, and the upper face end part of the belt is guided by a side rail 18. On both side parts and at the upper part of the conveyor rail 17, T-shaped grooves 17a, 17b are formed to be lengthwise extended, and a conveyor parts-supporting member F and the side rail 18 are fastened to T grooves with bolts 29, 31. Thus, even when the conveying length is changed by change in specifications for a mounting device, the bolts 29, 31 can be slided lengthwise along the grooves 17a, 17b, and thus the side rail 18 and the parts-supporting member F can be easily and immediately mounted in response to the change in length.

PURPOSE:To miniaturize and stabilize an endless belt controller by using a system in which a skew-advancement detection signal level is divided into three levels, the intermediate level is made into an insensitive zone, and a solenoid for vertically moving rollers is operated at upper and lower levels. CONSTITUTION:In a belt skew-advancement detector 24, the contact condition betwen a lever 26 and a belt 11 is changed according to the skew-advancement condition of the belt 11, the lever 26 turns around a support shaft 28, a light detector 27 moves between an opaque portion 25a, a semi-transparent portion 25b, and a transparent portion 25c, and detection signal are sent out according to each condition. Of these signals, signal for the semitransparent portion 25b is regarded as an insensitive zone by a control circuit and the control circuit does not operate, but signals positioned in the opaque portion 25a and the transparent portion 25c are judged as a skew-advancement condition. The solenoid for vertically moving conveyer rollers (not illustrate) is put into on-off action, and the roller positions are corrected. Only one skew-advancement detector is thus sufficient, and the miniaturization and stabilization of the belt position controller can be attained. |

PURPOSE:To prevent the one-sided traveling and meandering of a conveyor belt which carries-out assortment of the transported articles having the length larger than the width of the belt in the direction perpendicular to the direction of advance by extending a bead in the longitudinal direction on the back surface of the belt and installing the ball bearings for supporting the bead shoulder part. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 4 is traveled in a prescribed direction by the drive of a driving pulley 31, and since a bead 2 for preventing the one-sided travel or meandering of a belt 1 is installed onto the back surface of a belt body 10, all the range of the belt surface forms the effective transport range. Therefore, even if a transported article has a dimension larger than the width of the belt, transportation is not obstructed. Further, the bead 2 on the back surface 11 of the belt is supported from the both sides by ball bearings 41 and 41, meandering of the belt 1 during traveling is suppressed. Therefore, even if a heavy transported article is delivered in the transverse direction of the belt 1, the one-sided traveling of the belt following the transported article is prevented, and stable traveling in a prescribed direction is permitted, since the belt 1 is supported and fixed in the prescribed direction by the bead 2. |

PURPOSE:To improve strength and durability by arranging magnetic members on a belt body, forming buried sections into the belt body on both sides, and longitudinally forming recessed sections at a distance on the inner periphery surfaces of V-belt sections of the belt body. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic belt E is constituted by burying a reinforcing magnetic members 20 at a distance in the width direction of a belt body 10 on the outer periphery surface 10b of the belt body 10 formed with multiple V-sections 11 on its inner periphery surface 10a. Buried sections 21 into the belt body 10 are formed on both sides of the individual magnetic members 20 respectively. In addition, recessed sections 12 are longitudinally formed at a distance on the inner periphery side of the V-belt sections 11. In this case, the belt body 10 is molded with a flexible material such as rubber, and longitudinally continuous multiple V-belt sections 11 are formed at a distance in the width direction on its inner periphery surface 10a. |
