3 | Manufacture of shoe and insole member | JP17969388 | 1988-07-19 | JPH0229202A | 1990-01-31 | MOTODA SHINGO |
PURPOSE: To provide a shoe which produces an excellent wearing feeling, e.g., a soft bottom part, an excellent return, i.e. excellent fit with the feet, a heel being difficulty to slip off from a shoe during walking, by a method wherein an insole member formed by adhering a rigid insole base sheet to a soft insole sheet is used, a work is effected in a similar way to a conventional hanging system method, and finally the insole base sheet is peeled off for removal. CONSTITUTION: An insole member 10 is placed on the bottom part of a mold 13 and an insole sheet material 12 is placed in an outer position, and nailing is made for temporary lock. A mold 13 is covered in an adhered manner with an instep strap 14 and end parts 15 are hung and are overlapped with an peripheral end part 16 of the insole member 10 for adhesion. This hanging is usually effected by a machine, and wrinkles produced at the end part 15 are uniformly dispersed for adhesion. After adhesion, nails by which the insole member 10 is locked temporarily are removed, the surface, having wrinkles, of the end part 15 is filed off to form a plane, and the surface, simultaneously, forms a coarse surface on which adhesion is easy to make. A middle sheet 17 is laminated on the insole member 10, and a main sole 18 is superposed with the middle sheet 17 and an end part 15 of the instep strap to adhere them together. A foamed urethane sheet is usually used as the middle sheet 17. The mold 13 is pulled off, a middle bottom base sheet 11 is peeled off from the middle member 10 for removable to finish a shoe 19. 5 | Method for removably fastening insoles to corresponding lasts by a strip of adhesive tape, and device that carries out the method | EP00121620.9 | 2000-10-03 | EP1151686A2 | 2001-11-07 | Giuseppe, Montani |
A device for removable fastening insoles to corresponding lasts by a strip of adhesive tape, includes means (0) for feeding a tape to a withdrawing station (2), with the adhesive surface of the tape being turned outward. The device includes also means (3) for cutting the tape in the withdrawing station (2). Pliers (2) move vertically from the withdrawing station (2), in which they catch the end of the tape (1), to a lower position, of the adjustable height. A working station (5) is situated beside the path followed by the pliers (2) on the side of the non adhesive surface of the tape. The working station (5) includes a transversal pad (50), moving axially in contrast to the elastic means (56) joined thereto. The working station (5) includes also first sensor means (57a) detecting a predetermined withdrawal of the pad (50) and controlling the cutting means (3) and the pliers means (4), and second sensor means (57b) detecting a predetermined withdrawal of the pad (50), bigger than the previous one, and controlling pushing means co-operating functionally with the pad (50). |

An arrangement for molding a flat insole (412) and adhesively attaching the molded insole to the bottom of a last (414) comprising an upper mold (62) and a lower mold (14) having complementary molding surfaces that are initially spaced from each other so that the flat insole is transported between the molding surfaces and are then closed upon the insole to mold the flat insole to the shape of the molding surfaces. The upper mold is then raised while the molded insole is retained on the upper mold molding surface after which the insole is released from the upper mold molding surface and descends onto the bottom of the last. The molded insole is then pressed onto the last bottom by an applicator (378) and is attached to the last bottom by an adhesive patch (421) on the last bottom that was previously applied to the last bottom by the applicator. |
