The invention relates to an upper garment and makes it possible to extend the functional possibilities of a garment by conversion thereof depending on user's requirements. The convertible garment consists of a tubular base formed both from woven and nonwoven material and the neck holes contain sealing devices which provide for a change in the diameter of the neck holes and for which use is made, for example, of laces, elastic ribbons or other tightening elements. On the side of one of the neck holes of the tubular base there are two conversion lines which are in the form of cuts which begin from the neck hole. The conversion lines are arranged parallel to each other. On the side of one of the conversion lines, the intended conversion lines are in the form of slit-type cuts which are grouped in pairs, wherein the pairs are arranged parallel to one another and parallel to the axis of the conversion line. All of the conversion lines comprise fixing elements, which may be studs, buttons, touch and close fasteners and other means which are used in garment designs for the purposes of connecting said elements. The technical result consists in extending the list of items which can be produced without destroying the integrity of the tubular base, while simultaneously providing for the possibility of such a garment being used both by men and women. |

Embodiments relate generally to methods and systems for detecting and indicating end-of-service-life in disposable filtration masks. Applicant has proposed incorporating end-of-service-life indicators comprising color changing chemicals into the mask. The indicating chemicals may be incorporated into the nonwoven fabric material of the mask, or may be attached to the nonwoven material of the mask, such as by dipping, spraying, or adhering. The color change of the indicating chemicals may indicate to a user that the use life of the mask has been depleted.

A non-woven textile may be formed from a plurality of thermoplastic polymer filaments. The non-woven textile may have a first region and a second region, with the filaments of the first region being fused to a greater degree than the filaments of the second region. A variety of products, including apparel (e.g., shirts, pants, footwear), may incorporate the non-woven textile. In some of these products, the non-woven textile may be joined with another textile element to form a seam. More particularly, an edge area of the non- woven textile may be heatbonded with an edge area of the other textile element at the seam. In other products, the non-woven textile may be joined with another component, whether a textile or a non-textile.
