PURPOSE:To enable uniform printing by unforming the amount of printing ink passing through printing base plate by making the printing base plate always parallel to printing paper, by providing a special connection means between a fixing part and the mount paper of a printing plate holder. CONSTITUTION:A pin 4 is provided to the projection piece 2 provided to a base stand 1 and a link 3 is attached to said pin 4 in a rotatable manner. A pin 9 is passed through the link 3 and the mount part 8 of a holder 6 for holding a screen printing base plate is attached to said pin 9 is a freely revolvable manner. Further, a fixing part 5 is provided to the projection piece 4 and a belt 12 is stretched across between the fixing part 5 and the mount part 8. By this structure, even when the link 3 is revolved around the pin 4, the mount part 8 is also revolved with this revolution and a screen printing base plate is always made horizontal.

50 Balanced stencil foil tensioning frame with foil alignment fixture US14226761 2014-03-26 US09446580B2 2016-09-20 Ricky Paul Bennett
A balanced stencil foil tensioning frame with a foil alignment fixture removes the need for the complex air/bladder arrangement of conventional systems by pivoting side members to engage foil. With less components, the tensioning frame system is reliable and light weight with few moving parts. In one embodiment, a base member can receive a stencil foil and a frame top can lock into the base member, depressing the edges of the stencil foil. The amount of provided depression can adjust the tension of the foil. In another embodiment, a plurality of tension segments can move in a linear direction to create a uniform foil tension. The alignment fixture can be wall mounted to hold foil in a vertical position. This allows for consistent alignment and attachment of foil to the tensioning frame.
51 Dual action stencil wiper assembly for stencil printer US14737171 2015-06-11 US09370924B1 2016-06-21 William A. Losiewicz
A stencil printer includes a stencil shuttle assembly coupled to a frame. The stencil shuttle assembly is configured to move the stencil in an x-axis direction between a first position in which the stencil is positioned toward a front of the stencil printer and a second position in which the stencil is positioned toward a back of the stencil printer. The stencil shuttle assembly further is configured to move the stencil in a y-axis direction to align the stencil. The stencil printer further includes a wiper to remove material from the stencil as the stencil is translated away from the substrate by the stencil shuttle assembly. The stencil shuttle assembly, when the stencil is translated away from the substrate, is configured to move the stencil in the y-axis direction in an oscillating manner. Methods of cleaning a stencil are further disclosed.

A printing screen comprises a screen printing foil and a sub-frame component secured to an edge of the foil, wherein the foil is formed with cut-outs defining deflectable parts of the foil to be deflected out of the plane of the remainder thereof, and the sub-frame component comprises a fixed lip upon which part of the foil can be received, a recess into which the said deflectable parts of the foil can be deflected, and a moveable lip defining a series of spaced projections, the moveable lip being moveable to a position in which the projections bear against the deflectable parts of the foil, deflecting the deflectable parts into the recess to secure the foil to the sub-frame component.
55 PROCESS FOR FORMING AN INTEGRAL FILM PRODUCT US14580974 2014-12-23 US20150182991A1 2015-07-02 Curt Binner; Kenneth A. Pelley
A process, capable of commercial scale manufacturing of inexpensive, integral film product without the waste of die-cutting and which products are capable of use independent of a supporting structure on which they are formed, includes placing a mask over a substrate having a releasable surface, delivering a film-forming composition through the mask to form a raw shape on the substrate; removing the mask, and solidifying the raw shape into the integral film product disposed on the substrate. The mask has at least one aperture having a shape corresponding to the desired integral film product. The integral film product is arranged and configured to be removable from the releasable surface of the substrate for use independent of the substrate.
