SOLUTION: In the disposable shorts having a sheet body forming the exterior, an elastic member shrinking a part of the sheet body, a pair of leg openings through which the legs of a wearer pass through, the sheet body is formed of an outside sheet, and an inside sheet having nearly the same size as the outside sheet. The elastic member is stretched between the outside sheet and the inside sheet in a state of being priorly expanded along the outside edge of the sheet body, and the pair of leg openings in the vicinity of the inside of the elastic member and in the outward position of the central area of the sheet body.
