Contents of the resin (b1), (b2) and (b3) are respectively 1% to 30% by weight, 65% to 89% by weight and 1% to 10% by weight based on 100% by weight of the total of the resin (b1), (b2) and (b3) that are contained in the crosslinking and foaming resin composition.
