| A pruning tool adapted to be used for cutting through branches of trees or shrubs at a distance from the operator. The tool comprises a pole of substantial length, one end of which is held by the operator who operates the tool. At the other end is a reciprocable cutting saw, and a vise for grasping the branch to be cut. The vise is tiltable with respect to the cutting tool so as to position the branch properly relative to the cutting tool as cutting progresses. Both the vise and the cutting tool are operated from the end of the pole held by the operator. The saw can be operated manually or by power means.

One side of a rod part is combined in one side of the cam part, and the other side is extended at the front and transferred at front and rear. A saw blade part(19) is installed at the end part of the rod part, projected in the front of the housing, and transferred at front and rear. The housing separately divides a tube body organizing the motor and the drive shaft inside and connects them. A transfer guide supports both sides of a saw blade part inside the housing, and guides a straight-line transfer. A power generator is composed of a moving means, and is formed as a transferable type. A blade part is separately divided and combined by a combining means. | PURPOSE: A power pruning saw is provided to offer a saw blade connecting part of a pruning device to proceed tasks easily and fast without ladder devices by obtaining a driving of the saw blade to be operated with little power and by having miniaturization and lightening of the pruning device. CONSTITUTION: A motor is driven with electricity of a power generating device within a housing(100). A drive shaft(11) does an interlocking rotation with the motor, forms a worm gear(21) on the other side, and transfers rotations. An eccentric cam part(13) is fixed to shaft to be rotatable in the housing, and forms a cam part(33) as a one body, which is eccentricity-rotates in one side of a worm wheel interlocked with the worm gear of the drive shaft. One side of a rod part(15) is combined in the cam part of the eccentric cam part, and the other side is extended at the front and transferred at front and rear. A transfer gear(25) is installed at the end part of the front of the rod part, and a gear is formed in the circular circumference. A fixed rack gear(35) is fixed to one side of the either front or rear transportation section of the transfer gear, and makes the interlocked gear of the transfer gear straight line and rotational motions. A driver(17) has a rack gear(27) to be interlocked with the circumference of the transfer gear at a horizontally separated location from the fixed rack gear, and is round driven by the straight line and rotational motions of the transfer gear, and the end part is a blade part. The housing separately divides a tube body organizing the motor and the drive shaft inside and connects them. The driver and the blade part are separately divided and combined with each other by a combining means.
