| PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of processed chestnuts is provided to enhance utmost of economic efficiency of manufacturing step with simple manufactured step by performing peeling-off process as well as maturing process of chestnut at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Harvest raw chestnuts, wash and sterilize. Cuts are made to the outer cover of sterilized and washed chestnut. Dip raw chestnuts formed with sheath to the mixture of bay salt solution and sugar soaking solution. Keep dipped raw chestnuts in refrigerator to ripen them at 10>= or less for 3-5 days. Separate the frozen-stored outer cover and raw chestnut of raw chestnuts. Sterilize and wash raw chestnut which skin is separated. Put washed and sterilized raw chestnut to caldron and roast. Gradually cool raw chestnut roasted at a 20-25>= for 2-5 days. Sterilize the cooled raw chestnut at a temperature of 30-40>= through a spray atomizer. Pack sterilized raw chestnut in a pack. Mix bay salt solution and immersion liquid solution based on volume at a ratio of 1:1-1:5. Put Elvan, sand and thick red clay by stirred-mixture at 150-200>= for 2-5 hours hour. | 본 고안은 회전원판의 칼날수용홈에 수용되는 칼날체가 다수의 컷팅날과 다수의 간격판에 의해 구성됨으로써 밤의 껍질이 제거되는 과정에서 밤의 표면에 대하여 전체적으로 한 번에 제거되지 않고 밤의 겉껍질만이 제거될 수 있음에 따라 껍질이 제거된 상태의 밤 과실의 중량감소를 최소화할 수 있어 버려지는 밤의 손실을 방지하고, 농가소득증대에 크게 기여할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 생산성 향상이 기대되고, 컷팅날이 하나의 독립된 개체가 아닌 여러 개의 컷팅날로 구성됨으로써 닳아 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 컷팅날만을 새로운 것으로 교체하여 사용할 수 있는 밤 겉껍질 탈피장치를 제공하고자 한다.
