Therefore, the device can be moved almost vertically, a lower surface part 12 that touches the floor but is located in a position distant from the floor at this time, can be turned forward accordingly, by the locking together of the two supports 9, 10, in the direction of movement of a toy, and when the lower surface part 12 that touches the floor comes into contact with the top surface of the floor, the foot parts 4, 4a, 4b can be moved almost vertically upward with the two supports disconnected, and are at the same time guided into the support mounting parts 5.
