The arc shaped piece comprises a compression surface(12) having a curvature same with a curvature of the outer shell tightly contacting the surface of the rubber ball. Therefore, as the rubber ball attached with the outer shell passes the compression surface of the arc shaped piece, the both ends of the outer shell is discontinuously compressed on the surface of the rubber ball in wrinkled form. The curved surface bonding part has a rounded surface having a curvature same with the curvature of the compression surface. The reciprocating pressure member serves to compress the rubber ball to move it linearly.
