A composite intelligent terminal wiring device and a plug device. The wiring device is a box-shaped structure, comprising: top wiring terminals, bottom wiring terminals, and composite sockets arranged at a side. The top wiring terminals, the bottom wiring terminals, and terminals of the composite sockets correspond on a one-to-one basis. All of the terminals are insulated at the front thereof from each other. The interior of each terminal of the composite sockets is a spring-piece structure, and each spring piece comprises an upper spring piece and a lower spring piece. The upper spring piece and the lower spring piece are conducted via contact surfaces. One end of each of the top wiring terminals is used for connecting to the respective upper spring pieces on the composite sockets. One end of each of the bottom wiring terminals is used for connecting to the respective lower spring pieces on the composite sockets. The plug device comprises: a plug and a wiring terminal. The plug is arranged at the front end of the plug device, and the plug is an electrically-conductive metal piece. The wiring terminal is arranged at the rear end of the plug device. One end of the wiring terminal is connected to the electrically-conductive metal piece. This simplifies operation procedures for live-line working by working personnel, provides from a perspective of technical improvement ensured safe operation of electricity generation, and yields the effects of labor-saving, time-saving, and ensured safe generation.
