PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact resistance between a terminal metal fitting and a connecting part from being significantly reduced, regardless of the reduction in fastening force by superposing the terminal metal fitting having a tin plating layer on the surface on the connecting part, working a strong pressure between the both, and generating an adhesive phenomenon on the tin plating layer. SOLUTION: A first terminal metal fitting 10 is formed by bending a punched conductive metal plate material and forming a tin plating layer on the surface A second terminal metal fitting 30 is also formed by bending a punched conductive metal plate material, and its integrating part has a reverse form of the integrating part of the first terminal metal fitting 10. The first terminal metal fitting 10 is arranged on and engaged with the second terminal metal fitting 30, and slid in the longitudinal direction of both superposing parts 12, 32 to bring the superposing part 12 of the first terminal metal fitting 10 into contact with the protruding part 45 of the second terminal metal fitting 30. In the contact part, thin films of metal oxides or other compounds covering the surfaces of both the terminal metal fittings 10, 30 are broken, and the adhesive phenomenon of a tin plating layer P is generated to mutually fix the terminal metal fittings 10, 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable connection element with improved flexibility of a cable, without deteriorating the operationability by fixing end parts of the cable in a terminal by parting the end parts of the cable and exposing the end parts. SOLUTION: Cables 12, 13 are connected with contact terminals 10, 11. The terminals 10, 11 are end parts-contacting terminals and one 10 of the paired terminals 10, 11 receives elastic pressure by a spring 14 so as to act on the cables 12, 13 by the pressure or the flexibility. The connection cables 12, 13 have two or more divided parts 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b, and the end parts of the divided parts are exposed by removing the coating parts and fixed in the counterpart terminals 10, 11 by welded joints. The terminals 10, 11 have holes 15, 16, and respective divided and naked end parts of the respective cables 12, 13 are inserted into the holes 15, 16.

PURPOSE:To prevent a resistance wire from being loosened by a method wherein, after a cable is cut and its end part is stripped, the tip part where a winding core is exposed is heated and strongly compressed to bury the resistance wire in the winding core completely. CONSTITUTION:A cable 1 is cut and its end part is stripped to expose a winding core 2 on which a resistance wire 3 is wound. The tip part (b) of the exposed winding core is transferred to a press machine 5 and pressed. The tip part (b) is heated by a heater provided inside the upper die 7 of the press machine 5. The winding core material of the tip part (b) is softened and deformed by plastic deformation and the resistance wire 3 wound on the deformed part of the winding core is completely buried. With this constitution, the loosening of the resistance wire from the tip part (b) can be avoided and, further, continuity from a terminal can be provided by the resistance wire 2 on the part which is not pressed. Moreover, a process for applying adhesive can be eliminated. It is to be noted that the cable 1 can be transferred to the press machine 5 by a conveyer or the like.
