A manufacturing method of a MEMS switch 101 includes a step for preparing a cap 30 in which the through wiring 31 is formed, and a step for bonding the cap 30 and a substrate 10 with a sealing material 38. In the bonding step, the through wiring 31 of the cap 30 is connected with the input point of the signal line.

The FPCB includes a second bonding mark(308) arranged on the non-bonding surface. The second bonding mark is faced with the first bonding mark. When the FPCB is bonded to the touch panel, the FPCB and the touch panel are faced with each other by using the unaided eye and an optical sensing device such as a CCD(Charge Coupled Device).
