A device for locking an item of switchgear, particularly for grounding disconnectors of electrical lines, with high safety against unauthorized actuations, comprising an abutment element (2), which is connected to the item of switchgear (3) to be locked and can move along a path in order to pass from at least one first position to at least one second position, these positions being mutually spaced along the path, or vice versa. The device comprises first locking means (4), which can engage the abutment element (2) in order to lock it in the two mentioned positions, and control means (5) for disengaging the first locking means (4) from the abutment element (2). The first locking means (4) comprise a calibrated-shear element (6) adapted to allow, following its breakage, the passage of the abutment element (2) from the first position to the second position without acting on the control means (5). The device comprises second locking means (7), which can engage the abutment element (2) in order to lock it in the second position despite the breakage of the calibrated-shear element (6).

본 발명은 기중차단기 투입 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차단기의 투입을 방지하여 오프상태를 유지하도록 하는 잠금장치에 있어서 외부 자물쇠를 적용하여 사용하도록 하며, 더불어 복수의 자물쇠를 사용할 수 있어 단독의 사용자에 의한 오작동을 방지할 수 있는 기중차단기 투입 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기중차단기 투입 잠금장치는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 장착홈에 고정 설치되며, 중앙부에는 가이드 슬롯부가 형성되는 지지커버; 상기 가이드 슬롯부에 삽입되어 전후로 이동할 수 있으며, 전면부에는 자물쇠홈이 형성되고 후면부에는 경사수단이 형성되는 슬라이딩플레이트; 및 상기 하우징의 내부에 상하이동 가능하게 설치되며, 상부 일측에는 상기 경사수단을 따라 슬라이딩할 수 있는 슬라이딩수단이 형성되는 슬라이더;를 포함하며, 상기 슬라이딩플레이트가 전후로 운동하게 되면 상기 슬라이딩수단이 상기 경사수단을 따라 슬라이딩함에 따라 상기 슬라이더가 상하로 운동하게 되며, 상기 슬라이더가 하방으로 이동하는 경우에는 상기 하우징의 하부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
