1 Key switch structure for a thin-gage electronic device US206862 1988-06-13 US4847452A 1989-07-11 Toyokazu Inaba
A key switch structure is provided which improves the reliability of the elasticity of the switch. A front film has a metal front panel adhered to its underside. A switch panel pattern is formed in the front panel and includes an operational member or contact unitary with the front panel, connected thereto by spring portions formed of connection members and leg members, connected to supports of the metal front panel. The contact has a carbon film on its underside, and is separated from a fixed contact by a spacer film. The spring portions eliminate the problem of deformation by creep of the front film and thus improve the reliability of the key switch.

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts, and the number of man-hour for manufacture, by forming a key movable contact whose key input signal is common, on a metallic thin plate by dividing it into blocks, connecting each block by a narrow connecting part, and cutting and separating its connecting part after insert molding. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in case when ABS resin, styrol resin, etc. are used for a material of a frame 2, a metallic thin plate 1 is insert molded by injection molding. In the frame 2 which is insert molded a dome part 1a becomes the almost same face as the upper face of the frame 2, the side of a recessed part 1b also becomes an exposed face, and a connecting part 1c is cut and separated after insert molding, and electric conduction between key blocks and between outside frames is cut off.
13 Solar battery unit JP8493883 1983-05-17 JPS59211286A 1984-11-30 SUWA KANAME
PURPOSE:To obtain a solar battery unit which can be set at the position of an external output terminal inexpensively with a heat sealing connector by forming substantially rectangular slender sheet of heat sealing connector, and forming approx. the both ends in a bent U-shape. CONSTITUTION:A heat sealing connector 11 is formed in a linear rectangular slender shape from a sheet material of an insulating film, and conductive patterns 12-17 made of conductive thermal pressing adhesive are formed on one surface. The conductive patterns 12, 17 of both ends are respectively formed in a rectangular slender shape in width of the ends 12a, 17a of the outside, and the shorter rectangular conductive patterns 13-16 than the patterns 12, 17 are formed at an equal interval. An insulating thermal pressing adhesive is coated on the other parts of the patterns 12-17 on the surface of the connector 11. Such connectors 11 are bent along the folded curves 19, 19 at the positions of the ends 12b, 17b inside the patterns 12, 17 of both ends, and the entirety is formed in U-shape.
14 Superficial sheet for electronic device JP7834483 1983-05-06 JPS59205657A 1984-11-21 SUWA KANAME
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy selection of ink and at the same time to avoid increase of hardness of a print layer as well as the deterioration of flexibility of a film itself, by printing the transparent and clear ink to a flexible film underwent previously a mat treatment applied on its one side. CONSTITUTION:A mat treatment is previously applied to the surface (a) of a sheet material 1 by coarsening the entire surface, and the rear surface (b) is lustered. Then key symbol characters 2, key frames 3, etc. are printed on the surface (b), and furthermore the solid print 6 is applied to the entire surface (a) excluding a display part 4 and a photodetecting part 5 of a solar battery. Then prints 11 and 12 are applied with clear ink to the surfaces of the parts 4 and 5 on the surface (a) undergone the mat treatment. In such a way of printing, the ink soaks into mat frames on the coarse surface. Thus the projecting/ recessing parts are eliminated. This reduces the diffused reflection of light, and the light is projected to a display device and the solar battery.
15 Electronic apparatus JP16316982 1982-09-21 JPS5953962A 1984-03-28 SUWA KANAME
PURPOSE:To obtain a key input part having an excellent characteristics, by inserting an elastic metallic thin plate on which plural key inputting movable contacts are formed, into a frame of an electronic apparatus made of an insulating high polymer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic thin plate 1 is formed by etching, pressing, etc., from a metallic material abounding in elasticity, such as phosphor bronze, stainless steel, etc. Plural semi-spherical dome parts 1a are formed toward the upper direction, on a key input part of this thin plate 1, and a recessed part 1b which projects downward on the contrary is formed in the center part of the dome part 1a, namely, the top part, respectively. This recessed part 1b constitutes a contact part of a key movable contact. On the other hand, as for a frame 2, when ABS resin, styrol resin, etc. are used as its material, the thin plate 1 is insert molded by injection molding. In this way, it is possible to obtain a key input part which decreases the number of parts, is assembled easily and is excellent in its operability.
16 Electronic apparatus JP16316782 1982-09-21 JPS5953960A 1984-03-28 SUWA KANAME
PURPOSE:To decrease remarkably the number of parts, and to simplify the assembling process, by inserting an elastic metallic thin plate into a frame of an electronic apparatus made of an insulating high polymer and forming a key inputting movable contact on this thin plate. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in case when a thermoplastic material such as ABS resin, styrol resin, etc. is used for a material of a frame 2, a metallic thin plate 1 is inserted molded by injection molding. Also, the uppermost part of a dome part 1a is on the almost same face as the upper face of the frame 2, the side of a recessed part 1b forms an exposed face, too, the upper and lower faces of a connecting part 1c are also exposed, and a key inputting movable contact is contituted. These connecting parts 1c are cut and separated after insert molding, and electric conduction between key blocks and between outside frames is cut off. Also, a surface sheet 4 consists of transparent polyvinyl chloride, etc. having moderate flexibility, and is loaded on a printed substrate 3 together with a resistance, a capacitor, etc.
