PURPOSE: To form a bell full automatically by drawing upper half hollow body of a bell from a brass bar of specified grain size, drawing a blanked elliptical part that becomes a lower half body into cylindrical form, putting in a small rolling body and press forming the lower half body. CONSTITUTION: An upper half hollow body of a bell is drawn from a brass bar of grain size of about 0.020W0.030mm by an existing automatic machine. A blanked elliptic part that becomes a lower half body is drawn to cylindrical form and a semi-finished bell 4 is formed. This semi-finished product 4 is held by a holder 5, and after putting in a small rolling body 3, upset to a press lower die 10. After correcting the position of slip by the lever 13 of an operating section 11, the lower half body of the bell is formed by a press upper die 14. The bell 16 is ejected by the lever 12 of the operating section 11. A device and method for cleaning baghouse filters using a shock wave vortex is disclosed. In one embodiment, high pressure fluid enters the housing of the device through an inlet tube in axial alignment with a resonance chamber within the housing. The high pressure fluid enters and exits a resonance chamber causing a collision with the fluid from the inlet tube to generate a shock wave. The shock wave is directed downward by the housing through the lower opening of the housing and towards a baghouse filter as a ring-shaped shock wave vortex. The ring-shaped shock wave vortex concentrates cleaning energy along the side material of the baghouse filter.
