Thereafter, the work is heated entirely close to the thermal deformation temperature of the plastic so that the plastic ornamental part is expanded and fixed by releasing the distortion in the compression working. This allows the releasing of the compression distortion of the plastic part so as to fix the part tightly into the metal groove without clearance thereby preventing rusting of the case and band.
