61 WRISTWATCH AND JEWELLERY SET PCT/EP2004003462 2004-04-01 WO2004088437A2 2004-10-14 LEUNG TOMMY
The cylindrical casing (2) of a housing that is screwed together with a base plate (1) is encircled by an outer ring (15), which rests on a supporting surface (10), formed by part of the base plate (1) that projects beyond the exterior of the casing (2). The ring is held in position by a lunette (16), which is screwed to the upper part of the casing (2) and has a rebated surface (20) that faces downwards and rests on the upper face of the outer ring (15). To remove the outer ring (15) for other uses, e.g. as a finger ring or as another piece of jewellery, the lunette (16) must first be unscrewed. The outer ring (15) can then be easily removed. Said outer ring (15) can thus be removed with little effort, but at the same time is safely secured. The jewellery set comprises in addition several plastic rings of different diameters that fit inside the removed outer ring (15) and that allow the latter to be worn as a finger ring and permit said outer ring to be adapted to the finger width of the wearer.
