PURPOSE: To enhance reliability and safety of an electronic delaying detonator by providing a low voltage protective circuit and a high voltage protective circuit for discharging electric energy accumulated in a capacitor in the case a terminal voltage of the capacitor is outside of a voltage of a specified range. CONSTITUTION: Electric energy is accumulated in a capacitor 4 from an exploder 1 by means of bus bars 2A and 2B and pin lines 3A and 3B. In the case a terminal voltage of the capacitor is the minimum value or less of a specified voltage, the low voltage protective circuit 5 is operated to discharge the accumulated electric energy. In the case the terminal voltage of the capacitor 4 exceeds the maximum value of the specified voltage, the high voltage protective circuit 6 is operated to discharge the accumulated electric energy, and outputs to a delaying circuit 8 an inhibit signal to inhibit a timer operation thereof. In this manner, in the case where the voltage is outside of the specified range, the capacitor 4 is forcibly discharged, so that the detonator is not exploded. SOLUTION: The case that lead styphnate is used as an ignition powder 106 and that DDNP/KClO 3 is 50/50 is particularly favorable for the precision. The case that basic lead styphnate is used is most favorable because the precision is ±0.1 ms or less. When the invented ignition powder is used, blasting with precision and high reliability can be controlled as the precision within ±0.5 ms is achieved regardless of a standard time. A warhead for information collection comprises a timer(21), a chute, an electromagnet(26), a camera(24), and a wireless image transmitting unit(22). The timer is installed in the warhead. A detonator of the empty shell is exploded and timer is operated. The chute reduces the speed of the warhead after first time set up by a user. The electromagnet spreads the chute. When the chute is unfolded, the camera collects the image of the ground. The wireless image transmitting unit wirelessly transmits the video signal collected in the camera. |
