A multiple firing firework device with insert assembly (10), comprising: a block (20), a plurality of the tubular apertures (40) being defined in the block (20) extends from top surface (21) to the surface corresponding to the top surface (21) i.e. bottom surface (22). The tubular apertures (40) have open top ends (41) on the top surface (21) and open bottom ends (42) on the bottom surface (22). The device also comprises a plurality of holders (60) for receiving pyrotechnic composition and each holder (60) is separately placed within a tubular aperture (40) of the block. By using a holder (60), the pyrotechnic composition is injected into the holder (60) beforehand instead of being in direct contact with the tubular aperture (40). The block (20) can then be completely dissolved in water for environmentally friendly disposal. In addition, there is a bottom plate (70) covering the bottom surface (22) of the device to avoid exposure of the ignition fuse (81). Safety is enhanced and the international safety regulations are met. This invention also comprises a multiple shot device. |

The invention relates to a fixing system for pyrotechnic launch tubes. More specifically, the invention relates to pyrotechnic launch tubes (1) comprising a cylindrical body which contains both the pyrotechnic materials or objects (3) and the powder (5). According to the invention, the lower base of each cylinder (1) is provided with a series of pins (6) which define a radially-deformable neck. Harpoons (7), which are disposed at the end of each of said pins (6), are used to attach the tubes by means of pressure to a fixing element (11-11'), which can be fixed to the frame of the tubes or integrated as single piece into said frame. The aforementioned fixing element is provided with: an external rigid neck (14) having a stepped configuration which is used to fix the harpoons (7); and a cylindrical, axial core (10) which perforates the base of the cylinder (1) and which is dimensioned to house the igniter (12) and the corresponding cable (13) therein such that they are perfectly protected against any possible ambient moisture.

The invention relates to a pyrotechnical system, pyrotechnical objects compatible therewith and an igniting and burning off method matched to said system. The inventive system comprises a starting device consisting of a plurality of compartments which are provided with connection channels therebetween and contain pyrotechnical objects, the first compartment being provided with additional ignition means and the pyrotechnical object thereof being ignited in the first place. Said ignition means which is arranged externally on the pyrotechnical object leads an ignition energy thereto and simultaneously to an adjacent compartment by means of the connection channel, thereby igniting the pyrotechnical object in said compartment. Said ignition means externally arranged on the pyrotechnical object partially provokes a delayed ignition. A delay time is controlled by the rotation of the pyrotechnical objects with respect to the connection channel. Said combination of the starting device and the pyrotechnical objects which are selected according to the time-delay control makes it possible to produce a firework choreography.
