PURPOSE: A bullet cutting apparatus is provided to treat waste by cutting bullets safely, promptly and continuously with injecting high pressure abrasive fluid to bullets, and to recycle bullets by collecting waste bullets with separating conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A safe cutting device of a bullet(101) comprises a bullet cutting chamber(110) having an inlet and an outlet in a defense wall(111); a water tub(150) containing cooling water in the bullet cutting chamber; an inlet conveyor(210) arranged in the bullet cutting chamber, and sunk in cooling water of the water tub partially; a bullet cutting unit injecting high pressure water and abrasive mixture to the bullets with an injection nozzle, and cutting bullets; a bullet turning unit arranged at the side of the water tub to clamp the end of the bullet and turn the bullet; and a bullet turn supporting unit lifting up and down in the water tub, and turning the bullet. The bullet is placed in the water, and high pressure abrasive fluid is injected to the bullet. The bullet is treated by cutting safely and promptly, and collected with separating conveniently for recycling.

PURPOSE: A method for collecting charging gunpowder by mechanical cutting and a system are provided for explosives inside an airframe to be separated, thereby facilitating post-processes including recycling and incineration. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting and processing charging gunpowder is as follows: the external diameter of an airframe is cut after the airframe is installed on a self (30) for cutting materials; the airframe is transversely cut by a cutting press (40); a fuse cup on the upper part of the cross-cut airframe is removed by an air pressure drill: the upper part of the airframe where the fuse cup is removed is fixed on the plate for fixing a warhead in a pressing and crushing unit; the explosives are pushed downward by compression load which occurs in the upper part while a press ram of the pressing and crushing unit is descending; the pushed explosives compress and crush the explosives inside the airframe at the same time with a lower blade; and the lower part of the cross-cut airframe is partly melted and decomposed by a unit for partly melting and decomposing materials and the explosives are separated. There is disclosed a tying machine (100) for forming bundles from a plurality of propellant sticks (4). Such bundles may be used to form a propellant charge for use in, for example, heavy artillery. The tying machine tends to comprise an aperture (6) and a work surface (8) such that the plurality of sticks may rest on the work surface and occupy a portion of the aperture. Further, a drum (10) holding one end of a length of twine surrounds the aperture and can be rotated to wind the twine around the sticks. The twine can be secured once the sticks are bound.
