PURPOSE: To improve cooking performance, by providing a cooling air supplying device for supplying a flow of cooling air to the underside portion of a cooking plate facing a burner as required to efficiently and effectively prevent excessively cooking. CONSTITUTION: A cooling air supplying device 20 is connected to a connection part 19 and built as a blower. The blower 20 is actuated by an actuator after the cutting of the supply of a fuel-air mixture to generate a flow of cooling air as indicated by the arrow 21 as fed to a combustion chamber 4 of a burner 2 by a fuel-air mixture supply duct 18. The flow of cooling air runs to a lower part 22 of a cooking plate 7 facing a burner porous plate 5 through the burner porous plate 5 from the combustion chamber 4 to cool the cooking plate 7, especially a cooking surface 23 thereof. During the supply of the cooling air, the burner 2 and the burner porous plate 5 in particular are also cooled accordingly. COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO

PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient grill cooking performance with a small capacity by a method wherein only a heater is operated upon rising-up after starting heating while both of the heater and a ventilating fan are operated after the temperature in the cooker has arrived at a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:The main body of the heating cooker is provided with a heating chamber 1, the grill heater 2, the ventilating fan 6 for ventilating the inside of said heating chamber and a control unit controlling the operations of the heater 2 and the fan 6 while only the heater 2 is operated upon rising-up after starting heating but both of the heater 2 and the fan 6 are operated after the temperature in the heating chamber has arrived at a set temperature. As a result, the heater 2 can be conducted continuously to keep the surface of the heater 2 in high temperature and grill cooking can be effected in a short period of time by high radiant heat. Further, vapor, generated from cooking food, can be discharged to the outside of the oven by flowing cooling air into the oven and cooking may be effected in a condition that the food is kept in dry.

PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in parts while improving the safety margin by suppressing the rise in the temperature of component parts such as electronic parts, electric parts, a control panel and the like both inside and outside the apparatus body to a low level with a cooling fan both during and after heating when a heating chamber is at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control panel 7 is provided in front of the apparatus body and above a door 3 and a metal plate 20 at the position facing the door 3 as making a part of the control panel 7. A part of cooling air of a cooling fan motor 10 for cooling electronic and electric parts, a control panel 7, a control button and the like inside and outside the apparatus body is exhausted through the second opening 22 which is provided on the front side of the apparatus body farther from the first opening 21 viewed from a the fan motor 10 at the first opening comprising the control panel 7 and the metal plate 20. Moreover, at this point, the temperature at or near a heating chamber is detected by a means such as switch and thermistor and the fan motor 10 is driven. Even after the end of the heating, the driving of the fan motor is performed in a delayed operation.

PURPOSE:To maintain the performance of a product for a long time through prevention of stock juice from entering into an exhaust hole, by a method wherein the exhaust hole in a gas heater is formed such that it is cut and risen outwardly and upwardly until the cut rise piece extends approx. horizontally. CONSTITUTION:A exhaust device 5 is formed such that a part of the rear plate of a heater 3 is cut and risen outwardly and upwardly until the cut rise piece extends approx. horizontally to form an exhaust hole 8. An exhaust cylinder 9, the upper surface and the side of which are open, is secured to the rear plate of the heater 3 so that the exhaust hole 8 is covered therewith. A part of the rear plate, positioned facing the exhaust cylinder 9 and below the exhaust hole 8, is cut and risen outwardly and downwardly to form a bent piece 10 which is sloped such that outward rise is gradually increased toward the upper part. Further, the forward end of the bent piece is positioned within the same plane as or inside that of a cut rise piece 7. This causes the upper open part of the exhaust cylinder 9 to be covered with a permeable exhaust port cover 11. The exhaust hole 8 of the heater 3 is formed such that a part of the rear plate is cut and risen outwardly and upwardly until it extends horizontally, and thereby the cut rise piece 7 serves as a cover body for the exhaust hole 8. Even if juice stock and the like is dropped through the upper open part of the exhaust cylinder 9, it is prevented from entering into the range 3.

PURPOSE:To minimize an intake and discharging space in an assembled cooking appliance to be installed below a sink set by a method wherein each of oven, cooking appliance, grill, cooling device and a discharging cylinder communicating with a top plate discharging hole is independently discharged. CONSTITUTION:Cold air sucked through an intake port 8 becomes a hot air around a heating unit 1 and a grill 2, reached to a discharging port 6 and then discharged at the outer discharging port 6. Hot air around the oven 3 below a partition plate 9 is reached to the discharging cylinder 7 along the partition plate 9 from the discharging port 3a, mainly discharged from a first discharging part 10 and a second discharging part 11 and a part of it is discharged from the outer discharging port 6a. The lowermost high frequency wave generating device 12 and a transformer 13 are cooled by a fan of a cooling device 14 and then discharged from the first dischraging part through the discharging port 15 and the discharging cylinder 7. With this arrangement, it is possible to minimize the intake and discharge space.

PURPOSE:To improve the effect of steam extracting and the convenience for using a method wherein two separated chambers are provided by dividing the inside of a main body outer frame into the upper and lower parts with a heat insulating panel. A heating chamber is arranged in the lower separated chamber, functional parts such as electric parts and the like are arranged in the upper separated chamber. An opening port is provided at the upper side of the outside surface of the main body outer frame of the lower separated chamber. CONSTITUTION:At the start of heating after an object to be heated is placed in a heating chamber 2, the wall surface of the heating chamber is also heated. The hot air is accumulated in separated chambers provided in a main body outer frame 1. As an upper separated chamber of the main body outer frame 1 is shut off the inflow of the hot air due to insulation by an insulating material 9 and an insulating plate 8. The hot air accumulated in the lower separated chamber of the main body outer frame 1 is raised through the space between the side wall surface of the main body outer frame and the side wall of the heating chamber, then radiated toward the outside of the main body as shown by arrow marks 7 from an opening part 6 provided on the main body outer frame. By shut off the inflow of the hot air into a mechanical chamber part, the deterioration with age of electric parts and mechanical parts is restrained. Accordingly, the life of the electrical parts is extended, and the temperature of the upper surface of the main body frame is made lowered, the safety is improved. As the operating part is arranged at the upper part side of the main body, the operational performance and the convenience for using are improved.

PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the safety of a cooker and the combustion quality of the burner of an oven by a constitution wherein cooling air is introduced through a space between the ceiling of the oven and a kitchen stove, the back of a handle arranged at the upper part of a door, and a ventilation flue in a door to the burner of the oven by means of a fan provided in the interior of a compartment at the cooker consisting of the oven and the like. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air 16 sucked by a fan 13 is past between a kitchen stove part 31 and the ceiling of the oven and blown against the back of the handle 23 arranged at the upper part of the door 12 and then introduced through the ventilation flue 21 in the door 12 via an air intake port 26 arranged at the lower part of the oven main body 9 and a passage 26' into the burner part 10. Due to the constitution as described above, the ceiling, the handle 23, and the door 12 are prevented from attaining high temperatures and consequently the safety of the cooker can be improved by the cooling air, while also is supplied to the burner as secondary combustion air, resulting in enabling to improve the combustion quality of the burner 10.
