| PURPOSE: A core with slant edge and a vacuum thermal insulating panel using the same are provided to improve the thermal conduction of a parallel face of a core and to reduce the voids and dewing of the edges of the core by forming a slant face of the core in an acute angle with an attached face between the vacuum thermal insulating panel and an external plate of refrigerating equipment. CONSTITUTION: A core for a vacuum thermal insulating panel is attached to an external plate of refrigerating equipment. A slant face of the core forms an acute angle with an attached face between the vacuum thermal insulating panel and the external panel. The acute angle is about 30 to 55 degrees. Due to the edge shape of the core, thermal conduction is dispersed through an aluminum film and the loss of heat is reduced. Further, due to the acute angle of the vacuum thermal insulating panel, polyurethane foam liquid smoothly flows and the formation of voids is prevented. | ||||||
