CONSTITUTION: When a cover 32 is placed at an exposed position, a liquid which is contained in its storage part, is drawn through a valve 58 at an exit 40, and enters a pump 50 through an inlet pipe 60, and communicates with a hand piece 76 by an outlet hose 62. A piston 170 of the pump 50 alternately performs a suction action and a discharging action. That is, a pole valve 198 works as a first adjusting apparatus which enables the liquid to flow out from the storage part 34 by a specified rate in response to a hand carried device 76 when a knob is twisted while corresponding with the suction action of the pump. At the same time, a pole valve 206 works as a second adjusting apparatus which corresponds with a pressure generated by the piston 170 so that the liquid may be returned to the storage part 34. CONSTITUTION: For a cover 32, a peripheral wall 36 protrudes from the side of a horizontal wall 34. The peripheral wall has a shape which is fitted on a side wall 28 when the cover 32 is placed on a housing 20 under a covering state. The cover 32 is placed at an erected position wherein it is exposed, a liquid contained in a storage part is drawn through a valve 58, and is fed through an exit hose 62. Also, when the whole unit is covered with the cover 32 facing downward, a non-projecting chip 75 and a hand piece 76 are wrapped, but when the cover 32 is used as the storage part for the liquid by turning upside-down, the hand piece 76 is exposed, and can be gripped and used by a user. Thus, when the cover 32 is removed from a base, the valve 58 becomes a sealed state with the horizontal wall 34, but when being used as a storage part, a protuberance 85 presses the valve 58 upward, and the liquid flows downward through an opening 80 into a passage 84. PURPOSE: To kill bacteria in an oral cavity, a throat tonsil and pharynx, and to prohibit movement of a substance containing bacterial in this zone by designing a pin hole discharge opening so that a thin spray pattern discharged form the pin hole discharge opening is formed from water droplets which exhibit a fine mist condition under a certain pressure. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle attachment 22 includes a disassemble nozzle 26 having a pin-hole opening 28 for jetting fine mist. Water is filled in a container 12, and a bactericide solution or a therapeutic agent or medicine is added thereto a s necessary. In order to create water pressure pulses having a peak value of 2.5 to 10kg/cm<2> , A switch 16 and a dial 14 are set. When a control member 24 is depressed, liquid flows through a hose 18 to the nozzle 26 from which fine mist is abruptly discharged for a predetermined time period. The nozzle is adjusted so that the discharged mist consists of sufficiently fine water droplets in order to prevent the oral cavity organism from being harmed. The range of the size of water droplets is form 10 to 70 micron. Thus, blood flow to the gingiva or the peridontal ligament is promoted, thereby it is possible to create a satisfactory environment treatment.

CONSTITUTION: A washing needle is constituted of a needle base 1 and a needle tube 2. The needle tube 2 is composed of a freely bendable metal and has a washing solution passage 3 provided therein and the leading end thereof is closed and washing solution jet orifices 4 are provided to the side wall of the leading end part of the needle tube 2 one at a time on the opposite sides thereof in the lateral direction so as to be positionally shifted in the longitudinal direc tion of the needle tube. This washing needle is mounted to the leading end of a syringe barrel, which is filled with the washing solution such as a 10% sodium hypochlorite solution or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, before use. The washing needle can be bent at an arbitrary angle in an arbitrary direction at the arbitrary position of the needle tube in the longitudinal direction accord ing to an area necessary for washing.
