본 발명은 토양시료 채취기구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 모래, 점토, 자갈 등의 퇴적물의 단면을 조사하기 위한 시료를 시추작업으로 채취할 때, 시추공 측벽의 퇴적물 붕괴를 막아 깊은 곳까지 연속적으로 시료를 채취할 수 있고, 토양시료를 채취하기 위한 샘플관을 상부 일측면은 절단하고, 상기 일측면과 대향하는 하부 타측면은 샘플관 두께의 1/2만 절결되게 하여 토양시료 채취 후 샘플관을 간단하게 분할되게 함으로서, 인양된 시료의 절개 단면을 정확하게 관찰할 수 있으며, 토양시료 채취시 샘플관이 상부로 이동되지 않도록 함과 고정링으로 고정함과 동시에 토양시료를 지상으로 인양할 때 코어캐처에 의해 하부로 흘러내리지 않도록 차단할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crustal core sampling method which is suitable for study of microorganisms in the earth crust without a fear of contamination of samples by external microorganisms, and to provide an antibacterial polymeric gel and a gel material for use in the method. SOLUTION: According to the crustal core sampling method, earth crustal core samples are taken in a state in which the samples are covered with the antibacterial polymeric gel prepared by dispersing an inorganic antibacterial agent in a polymer. The inorganic antibacterial agent is comprised of at least one of silver, zinc, copper, and a compound containing their ions, and preferably the inorganic antibacterial agent is carried by a substrate. It is also preferable that the antibacterial polymeric gel contains the inorganic antibacterial agent in a range of 0.0001 to 10.0 mass %. There are provided antibacterial polymeric gel for use in crustal core sampling, which is formed of the polymer and the inorganic antibacterial agent, and gel material for use in the same. PURPOSE:To make it possible to take samples of solidified soil including the soil which has not enough mixing and agitation by giving vibration to a soil to be improved and charging it with pressure into a sampling pipe before solidification of the soil mixed and agitated with a solidifying material. CONSTITUTION:A soil B to be improved in a soft, weak and viscous ground A is mixed and agitated with a hardening agent that is supplied by a deep layer mixing machine and so on, and while the soil B has not yet solidified, a long, bottom-opened sampling pipe 4 is pressed into the soil B with vibration given to the pipe 4 by a vibrator 2 that is hung from a hoist 1 of leader type. When the pipe 4 is sunk to a specified depth, it is left there for a while, and the soil sample in the pipe with the soil that is not imcomplete with agitation and mixing is cured to solidify. When a soil sample has solidified the sampling pipe 4 is pulled up to the ground floor with air being sent through an air pipe 5, and a solidified soil sample is subjected to strength test for each depth. In this way the true strength of the whole of a solidified pile can be known.

PURPOSE:To make it possible to collect a specimen while the natural state of the ground is held, by reducing the friction resistance between the specimen and a sampler inner wall by the fluid injected in the specimen and solidifying the specimen to eliminate the disturbance of stress release of the specimen. CONSTITUTION:The vertical and horizontal ground pressures of the ground are calculated and a spacer 11 for generating side pressure corresponding to horizontal ground pressure is set to an inner pipe 15 after the length thereof was determined. A fluid 20 is injected from an injection pipe 36 to compress a spring 16 through a ring shaped piston and pressure corresponding to vertical ground pressure is held in a sampler. When a shoe 31 is inserted into the ground under pressure, pressure corresponding to vertical ground pressure is acted on the upper surface of the specimen cut off in the inner pipe 15 and peripheral pressure corresponding to horizontal ground pressure is acted thereon by the fluid 20. After the fluid 20 around the specimen is solidified, the sampler is drawn up above the ground to take out the specimen. Therefore, the specimen without distrubance can be collected and stored in such a state that stress in the natural ground is held.

CONSTITUTION:Pressure corresponding to vertical underground stress is preliminarily applied to the ground by the piston 7 in the shoe 6 provided to the leading end of a sampler while pressure corresponding to horizontal underground pressure is preliminarily applied thereto by a fluid 4 and the sampler is further inserted into the ground under pressure to cut the ground. Whereupon, the specimen 8 in a receiving pipe 5 is automatically pressurized from the side surface thereof by the fluid 4 and held to the same state as the stress in the natural ground. When the sampler is drawn up above the ground after the fluid 4 being a grout material is solidified, the greater part of the specimen 8 is covered with the solidifying agent and, therefore, the natural state of the ground can be held.
